Mental health promotion is the driver of Ikigirl Wellness. Every product, service, or presentation delivered through Ikigirl Wellness is delivered with the intention of promoting mental health and well-being. The co-founders, Megan and Shana, are pursuing their passion - or living their IKIGAI - of “creating”, “connecting”, “teaching”, and “inspiring” through their work with Ikigirl Wellness.
