Our classic wellness planner is perfect for anyone looking for a practical tool that guides you with daily activities to promote wellness and build your mental health. Following the 2023-2024 Academic School Year (September 2023 to August 2024), this planner provides space for daily entries, as well as a daily habit tracker and an activity prompt. Our wellness planner is unique (and so much more than 'just a planner) in that it is FILLED with wellness-inspired resources and daily activities that are guided by research and designed to promote well-being.
